Kilian Paris was founded in 2007 by Kilian Hennessy, from the cognac family, and is now owned by Estée Lauder. Angels' Share takes its name from distillers' slang for spirit lost from the barrel and smells of cognac, oak, cinnamon and praline; Apple Brandy on the Rocks is crisp apple over an iced accord. Angels' Share Paradis and On the Rocks are separate.
